Terms of Service (ToS) for Turdbot
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Turdbot, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use Turdbot.
2. Description of Service
Turdbot is a Discord bot owned and operated by ionburger. Turdbot provides various functionalities, including but not limited to keyword processing and data storage for specific modules.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for their use of Turdbot and any data they provide. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using Turdbot.
4. Data Processing and Storage
- All messages are processed to check for keywords as necessary for some features of the bot.
- Messages are not stored.
- User IDs, usernames, guild IDs, and guild names may be stored as necessary for the operation of the bot.
- If a user inputs data to be used by the bot, that data will be saved for relevant use.
5. Data Access and Removal
Users can request to view or remove their data by messaging @ionburger on Discord or emailing ionburgger@gmail.com. All requests will be honored within one week.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data.
7. Third-Party Services
Turdbot does not share your data with any third parties unless required by law.
8. Changes to the Terms
ionburger reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of Turdbot after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
